(1) Registration information: name (display name), email address, and password (stored in encrypted form; the Company cannot view its content)
(2) Answer data: audio recordings of your answers in interview practice, their transcripts, AI-generated scores, feedback, and suggested rewrites, the questions presented, and the date and time of use
(3) Purchase information: the plan purchased, the date and time of purchase, a transaction identifier, and the number of remaining tickets and their expiration dates
(4) Usage environment information: information necessary for maintaining your login and ensuring proper operation, such as cookies
Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled by the payment service PayPal and is not stored by the Company. - Purposes of Use
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:
(1) To provide the Service (including transcription, AI evaluation, and displaying and storing results) and to verify identity
(2) To manage tickets and handle procedures related to purchases and expiration
(3) To respond to inquiries and provide support
(4) To send important notices and emails such as expiration reminders

(6) To improve the quality of the Service and create statistical data (processed so that individuals cannot be identified) - Use of External Services (Outsourcing)
To provide the Service, the Company uses the following external services and sends information to them to the extent necessary:
(1) Bubble (application platform): storage of registration information, answer data, and purchase information
(2) Deepgram (audio transcription): audio recordings of your answers
(3) Anthropic (AI evaluation): transcripts of your answers
(4) PayPal (payment): information necessary for purchase procedures
The Company does not allow these services to use the information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. - Handling Outside Japan
The external services listed above handle information mainly in the United States. By using the Service, you agree that your information may be handled in countries other than Japan (including the United States). The Company uses these services after confirming that each has taken measures to keep information secure. - Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

(2) Where necessary for the outsourcing and use of external services described above - Retention Period
(1) Answer data (audio recordings, transcripts, and AI evaluation results) will, as a guideline, be deleted one year after the date you last used the Service. However, if you make a request, it will be deleted earlier.
(2) Registration information and purchase information are retained while your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, they will be deleted, except for information that must be retained by law. - Security Measures
The Company takes appropriate security measures, such as access restrictions and encrypted communications, to prevent leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information. - Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.
