Prices are displayed in US dollars. The Company currently considers itself exempt from Japanese consumption tax, and no consumption tax is charged in addition to the displayed prices.
Free Trial: After registration, you can use 1 Session for free. The Free Trial is limited to one use per person.
Additional costs: Internet connection fees and communication fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment timing: Payment is finalized when you complete the purchase procedure.
Delivery timing: The Service is available immediately after payment is completed.
Usage period and validity:
- 1 Session and 3 Sessions: Three (3) months from the date of your most recent ticket purchase
- 30-Day Unlimited: Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase
Returns, cancellations, and refunds:
Purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the Service. Withdrawal or cancellation of a purchase (cooling-off) is not available.
However, if you are unable to use the Service because of a malfunction of the Company’s system, the Company will reissue the ticket (or, for 30-Day Unlimited, extend the usage period). If a reissue or an extension is not possible, the Company will provide a refund. If you wish to request this, please contact us at the email address above.
System requirements: The latest version of Google Chrome on a personal computer. A microphone is required. Smartphones and tablets are not supported.
