Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using Reve Video Interview Practice Web App (the “Service”), provided by Reve Educational Consulting Inc. (the “Company”). Anyone who uses the Service (a “User”) is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
1. The Service is a practice service in which Users answer video-interview-style questions by voice and receive an AI-generated transcript, a score, feedback, and suggested English rewrites.
2. The scores, feedback, and suggested rewrites are generated automatically by AI. The Company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. The Company does not guarantee that using the Service will lead to any particular admission or hiring result (such as acceptance by a graduate school or an employer).
Article 3 (Accounts)
1. Users shall register with accurate information and shall manage their email address and password at their own responsibility.
2. Users may not lend, transfer, or share their account with any third party.
3. The Free Trial (1 Session) is limited to one use per person. The same person may not create multiple accounts to use it repeatedly.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
1. The fees are as shown on the Service’s purchase screen and in the Notice Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
2. Fees for the Service are displayed in US dollars.
3. Payment is made through PayPal.
Article 5 (Validity Period)
1. Tickets for 1 Session and 3 Sessions are valid for three (3) months from the date of the User’s most recent ticket purchase. Unused tickets expire when this period ends.
2. 30-Day Unlimited is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Article 6 (Refunds)
Purchases are non-refundable. However, if a User is unable to use the Service because of a malfunction of the Company’s system, the Company will reissue the ticket (or, for 30-Day Unlimited, extend the usage period). If a reissue or an extension is not possible, the Company will provide a refund. For details, please see the Notice Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in any of the following:
1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals;

4. Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use)
If a User violates these Terms, or if the Company determines that a User is likely to do so, the Company may suspend or delete the User’s account without prior notice. In this case, fees already paid will not be refunded, except where required by law.
Article 9 (User Data)
1. The handling of Users’ data, such as voice recordings of answers, transcripts, and results, is governed by the Privacy Policy.
2. To improve the quality of the Service, the Company may use information that has been processed so that individuals cannot be identified.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Rights in the questions, audio, screens, text, and other content included in the Service belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Rights in the content of a User’s own answers belong to the User.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company does not warrant that the Service is free of defects, whether factual or legal.
2. The Company is not liable for damages arising from the Service being unavailable due to communication conditions, a User’s equipment, or a failure of an external service (such as payment, transcription, or AI services), except where the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
3. Where applicable law does not allow the Company’s liability to be excluded, this Article does not apply to that extent.
Article 12 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)
The Company may change the content of the Service or temporarily suspend it without prior notice. If a paid ticket or 30-Day Unlimited cannot be used as a result, Article 6 applies. If the Company terminates the Service, it will give reasonable advance notice.
Article 13 (Changes to These Terms)
The Company may change these Terms. If it does, the Company will notify Users of the changes and their effective date, on the Service or by email, a reasonable period before the effective date.
